The present team of the restaurant Villa Pitiana
came together in 1991, when the chef Claudio Vignali and Roberto
Focardi, the director and patrone of the restaurant
started their co-operation.
Those are names to be found in the most important
guides of Italian gastronomy.The recipe of success is down to
the effort we put in to enhance the quality of our meals by using
original products of high quality standards and typical recipes
of the region.
Taking into consideration the availability of the products according
to the seasons, we continually change our menu every 3 weeks.
