The present team of the restaurant Villa Pitiana came together in 1991, when the chef Claudio Vignali and Roberto Focardi, the director and “patrone” of the restaurant started their co-operation.

Those are names to be found in the most important guides of Italian gastronomy.The recipe of success is down to the effort we put in to enhance the quality of our meals by using original products of high quality standards and typical recipes of the region.
Taking into consideration the availability of the products according to the seasons, we continually change our menu every 3 weeks.

- Daily from March to December excluding public holiday, festivity and pre festivity
- Number of participant : groups of max 12 people
- Duration: five days, three hours a day, from 9,30 to 12,30am
- Location: in the wonderful kitchen situated in the ancient part of the “Villa” appositively organized for the event
- Execution of 10 different recipes (2 starter, 3 pastas, 3 main courses, 2 dessert) learning about complimentary wines and the final tasting
- About the staff: one chef, one sommelier, one simultaneous English interpreter (on request)
- Includes: recipe’s ingredients, complimentary wines for the tasting, recipes explanation brochure
