Two “terroirs” of “galets roulés” : one is the world famous Chateauneuf du Pape, and the other is Lirac. We will have the opportunity to taste a broad and irreproachable range of : Tavels for rosés, whites and reds for Lirac, but also the critically acclaimed Chateauneuf du Pape.

A renowned Estate will open its door to us during the harvest. We will spend the morning in the
vineyards. The owner will explain the features of the terroir, the different grape varieties used in
Chateauneuf, the harvest conditions. All around us, the employees will cut the ripe grape as machines are forbidden here...

You will walk on the tracks of king Saint Louis in Aigues Mortes and discover the wine region of the Coteaux du Languedoc and Costières de Nîmes. Full bodied but gratifying wines.

In the middle of the morning we will have the “Introduction to Tasting” workshop, so that every one can enjoy the peaceful environment close to the sea early in the morning. Lunch at the hotel. At midday, it will be time for the thalassotherapy. Dinner in a restaurant close to the hotel, which
belongs to the Toques Blanches from Roussillon.

In the morning, we will start with a tasting workshop, followed by a tasting of wines belonging to one of the best Cru - Corbières Boutenac. Then lunch at the Fontfroide Abbey, where we will savor a delicious Mediterranean menu and wines...

Tasting workshop followed by lunch in a restaurant located in the heart of the city. In the afternoon visit two interesting wineries, one of the best Costières de Nîmes appellation. Meeting and exchange with winegrowers their knowledge and enthusiasm. In the evening, we will have a dinner just two steps away from the Maison Carrée, and enjoy dishes prepared by a young and promising chef.
